Hi there need help upgrading my box been trying all day followed everything that's been said but for some reason on upgrade info it says can't find file
any suggestions much appreciated my first upgrade

Suggest doing a "Dump" of existing files before attempting upgrade including your "Friend".

Format USB Stick to FAT32.
Copy Image File *.abs to USB Stick from PC after unzipping and checking it is a .abs format.
Using remote, select 'MENU', then 'TOOLS'
Select 'Upgrade by USB'
Make sure the top line says "Upgrade Mode <Image File(*.abs)" If it doesnt, use right or left arrow key on remote to change it until it does
Move down and select the .abs file on your memory stick
Move down to start and press 'OK' on remote.
Select 'yes' to any questions the box may ask..
Once done, the box may reboot

Probably need to reinstall your "Friend" and Channel List via selecting individual files on Upgrade as above.

If you followed the above not sure where you are going wrong.

i was considering the upgrade but have come to the theory...if its not broke dont change anything!
