No signal

Hi, came in from work last night and my skybox f5s has gone to no signal. This happens on the blue SKYBOX screen and I am unable to watch any channels. It was working fine on the morning. I just updated the channel list at the weekend.

nothing to do with channel list no signal means your
dish or connections from dish is your problem so check
dish and cables are ok

Nothing wrong with connections. Tried them back in my proper skybox and worked fine with a strong signal.

My signal intensity is 45% and signal quality is 10%. Cant get any channels at all

I have updated firmware and all FTV channels are back on, bot others are missing.
Any help much appreciated

Yes, but not sure if by doing firmware update has got rid of file???

if u flashed the fw it has..
if u updated just channel list then it didnt.

did u back up the file that contains info re your gift
