epg do i need to keep my usb installed

when i take out my usb i loose my epg so does this mean that i after keep it installed all the time or is there a way around it thanks.

Yes, you have to keep the usb stick connected to your box to use the 7 day epg because the actual epg file is installed on your usb stick.
