Channel lists

It's probably been asked a million times but I am too lazy to search

Which channel list would people say is the best to use??
My ITV 1 HD went down when they moved and I messed my list up dicking about trying to move channels about manually so need to get myself a new list.
I am pretty new to this whole thing but I am getting my head round it slowly

AJs Sky UK channel list with SD works OK for me.
Just got ITV London HD on CH3 instead of Granada HD but it is there further down the list if you can figure out how to move it.
