Skybox s11

i've had a skybox s11 for a year now that came with all the channels already on.Over the year some of these channels have been lost and now they are a blank screen . I've been looking through the forum and i'm confident of how it works ie using a usb stick to update. The problem is where do i get the link to transfer to usb . Any advice would be appreciated

Dependent on how you want your Channels numbered you could either try AJ's Channel List or Sattv5 Sky Numbered Channel List both are in the Red Stickies both with instructions how to install and FAQ section.
