hi can anyone help with this one f5s was locking up alot so i did a factory reset back box up when i put usb stick in loads files but no channels only freeview all the files on the usb stick are FxS_Backup.abs 21.fpg 21.fci it looks like its not backed up you know what file all is lost i guess

Did You Backup before Factory Reset ?

The File you have highlighted "FxS_Backup.abs" is a backup of your Image file which should contain your piece of magic and your channel list.
You should be able to Upgrade by USB this file but if you have done a Factory Reset (dependent on what Buttons you pressed if any) prior to the backup you may have lost your peice of magic along with your channel list.

Only way to tell is try it.

When you set your box to factory settings, you may need to manually reset some settings back to where they were.

Check that DHCP is set to ON.
Check your local time settings.
You may need to press 6666 while in "Network Local Settings" to see the extra menu option.
Subtitles will default to ON.
