missing Channels

hi guys,

I need help.

I have the latest channel list from here but I am missing a few channels.
BT sorts 1&2 HD and sky movies thriller HD to name a few.

I have done a scan and have the channel list from here. can someone advise me on the error of my ways please??

If you use a channel list from here there is no need to scan.

Update the channel list again and when its finished (100%) press the info button on the remote control and see if it says "OK" at the side of TP_PROG

just done what you said, it says "ok" but still missing channels.

may I add that this could have been caused during a firmware update as all my settings on the box were erased, is there something obvious ive not done since the update?

the satalite says 28a
the cline is "online"
most channels work, but missing a few, just noticed SS1 HD is scrambled now....

im frustrated, help me!

You can ask for Help with your receiver regarding firmware,Channel lists etc... but anything to do with obtaining PayTV services illegally is not allowed
