Record in Standby

Hi , I have Skybox F5s and I would like to record in Stadby , I put the recording in via EPS and check Timmer event and it all there . when I put the skybox in stadby is does not record the even , i check timmer evet and its gone.
Any ideas a currenrtly can only record what I watch and box has to be on ,

They don't record whilst in standby as such. They come out of standby to record.

Have you got the latest firmware here (dated 22/01/14).

Firmware before this date didn't come out of standby so didn't record.
