Suddenly no signal

Hi guys just watching my f5s and it freezes and says no signal :-( is on all channels my dish is fine as my sky plus is working fine..
Anyone help please?

No its all channels sadly... was fine was watching it then went off dish is fine connections are fine

when u press info what is your signal status ??? and is your epg stating what is on???...

i take it you have tried removing power for 1 min and reboot?????

are you using loop???

check signal to that cable....

do software update or reflash software....

Well the signal is fluctuating between 3% and 7% the epg is not showing any info for channels not using loop its direct feed from LNB which is all working fine to another source.

Press the info button three times and that will give you the quality of the signal.

Mate its been like this for over 2 months working fine strange it should make any difference now.

Well you don't know unless you disconnect it
if it says the same then its not the problem
if it fixes it then you have found the problem

Well disconnected my sly box and made no difference

I've got the same problem. Just switched over to check for the F1 and getting "No Signal" message no matter what channel I choose, including FTA.
