SNR 7% no channel

Hi All
Sorry if this has been asked for.
I have 2 F5s skybox's, one works fine the other (new one) will not receive channels which the SNR is 7% or 8% on the old F5 they are showing 78% - 80%
I don't know why they are showing different SNR values
I have tried reloading the firmware and channels with no joy.
Any Ideas?

try deleting the old channels before installing the new list, or dump the channels from ur working box onto a usb stick , if that still don't work id say check your lnb isn't a octo lnb as these boxes struggle to work on a octo ,

Thanks for the reply, just tried dumping from one to another, did not work.
Any other ideas?

Are you using the 2 boxes at the same time, on the same LNB? If so, have you tried using the new box on it's own (with the other box turned off/disconnected)?

I know this is unlikely, as you already have another F5, but are you plugging the LNB cable into the right socket on the new box? I'ts easy to mistakenly connect the lead to the LOOP connector, as that is the one nearer the edge of the box.

I am using the same Arial connection (unplugging the one that works) so I can eliminate the problem coming from the dish.
I have updated the firmware from Skybox website, updated channel list from AJ’s.
I have tried putting in my other account cc code from the other box but no luck.

I've got the same issue, box in my room works fine, when I connected new box in kitchen, it shows signal as 34% and also when I start the box, it goes to L100 and then just restarts? I've got an 8 port lnb. I've also tried switching the cable to diff ports on the lnb but no luck

looks like its bricked you will need null modem cable to flash it maybe a clone if you have tried to update it with official skybox.cc firmware
