Programmes out of sync

Hi I have a skybox f5s and I noticed some of the channels are out of sync. Ive updated to latest firmware but this does not appear to have helped. Any suggestions. Thanks

For clarification, you mean actually channels themselves are not in order that you are expecting, or lip-sync on channels?

You can use sattv5's channel list for a sky numbered channel list or AJ's channel list for a bit more OCD type order (ie ITV2,ITV3, ITV4, etc). See thread stickies for either of these two channel lists.

I have this problem to on my box to clear it all I do is go to different channel then back and sorts itself
