Can anyone help? My fs5 box just has load on the display and it wont turn on. What do i neee to do. Only had it 4 days. Was trying to update epg because of no itv hd. HELP!!!!!

If it was working beforehand all you have done is try to update epg (and not firmware) then try taking out your hdd/usb stick and removing the satellite cable and unplug box from wall for about 10 seconds and then plug box back in (but leaving out the satellite cable and hdd/usb stick). You obviously wont receive any channels as cable isn't in but you should at least get to the menu on the box hopefully.
If that works then turn box back off and plug just the satellite cable back in and turn box back on.
If that works then turn box back off and now finally plug hdd/usb stick in and turn box back on.Comment

Oh and carrying on from my previous post, I forgot to mention the problem with ITV using xmltv epg (ie 7 days) is known. The problem is the xmltv epg data in Skybox is obtained from an external provider via the internet and it was only recently with ITV frequency changes did the itv problem show up so I think whomever does the xmltv epg data haven't updated their list with the new ITV frequency.
You could always use now & next which is obtained from satellite (just like on your F3).Comment
