Lost all channels on my Skybox M3

ive just tried to update the channel list on my Skybox M3 but have now lost all channels , I deleted the old channels off the box , downloaded AJ's list , saved in on my memory stick , put the memory stick in the box and flashed , now im gettin noch on the box

When I clicked on the link for the download I just saved it to E drive ( memory stick ) , do you need to open it up aswell

Ive now got the channel list added but all sky channels are showing scrambled , but BBC , ITV etc are all working , how do I fix this.

Reboot your box and also check to see if DHCP is set to on.
