F5 scaning problem

My spare box is a F5 the problem i have with it is when i do a blind scan it only picks up the lifestye channels. It dosn't even pick up the freesat stations including BBC, ITV, 4 & 5. Any ideas please ? Iv'e changed the tuner but that wasn't the problem.

when you say Scan are you performing a basic Transponder scan or doing a more rigorous Blind Scan as the latter will find any missing TP's

I am doing a blind scan. i know it's not a signal issue because my two F5s are fine.

If the other 2 receivers are working fine on the Dish/LNB setup you have now then it could be a problem box not switching between V & H frequency's

So when you do a blind scan, do most of the transponders say "failed"?

When you do a scan are your other 2 boxes connected to the same LNB? If so, try doing a scan with the other 2 boxes disconnected.
