Skybox F5S - Nano Plugs

hi all - got myself an f5s box on friday nice upgrade from the f5 box - issue ive got is i can only get it working via wifi not ethernet via the nano homeplugs ive got theres just no link active this is after ive set the box up to connect via ethernet - any ideas

did you switch off the wireless active settings first then reboot box and then activate ethernet setup

did you also check when in the settings that the DHCP was ON or OFF as it may not be giving the box an IP address

all sorted i used the reset on the homeplugs and it started working - happy days
