connecting skybox f5 to other tvs

Hi I am new to this, i have a sky HD box downstairs & a sky box upstairs i have just bought a sky box f5 which is downstairs can anyone tell me how i can connect the f5 so i can watch it on tv upstairs please.

Need to have another line from the lnb into your other room.
More than likely its a quad lnb and you can have 4 coming in.
