is the any way i can turn over the channels on my f5s without the remote control as it broke ordered a new one its saying 2/3 days delivery.stuck on ssp which is a good thing

Not that I know of.
That's the problem with the new "plastic box" Skyboxes. There are no front panel buttons. Unlike the "metal box" Openboxes/Skyboxes which have up/down/left/right/menu/OK/standby buttons on the front.
Have you checked that the battery terminals are making good connection with the batteries in the remote?
There have been a few reports where this has caused problems recently. -
