    scrambled with audio. help!!!

    Hi. Im using a f5s box and recently a few channels show scrambled with audio but no video!!! Ive checked frequency, done a scan of channels update firmware still no luck. Help needed...

    Software issue!!!
    You may have to wait for new updates or you can try the old software.
    Tools owned: Hammer, Chisel, Crowbar, Punch, Chainsaw, Cutter and Brain!!!

      thanks for replying super jumbe, ive jus found an upto date software 220114. still no video jus audio! :-(

        I think this is a problem that affects the F5s/F3s boxes only.

        Sony Max, GEO UK, & Baby TV appear to be affected by this.

          i sure ur rite hadron as other boxes work fine. i think ill jus hav to get hold of an f3/f5 box. thanks for your reply

            I have tried the F5 and all channels work fine.

            No issues with audio and no picture on certain channels.

            Ditch the 's' boxes people

                Fix BUG: some channel "scrambled " in UK.
                does this software from the skybox website fix the problem - Just want to be sure before I flash any new firmware on to my box

                Yes, both are working fine on my F5S but the software you have quoted is now out of date as a newer version dated 11-04-14 was released a couple of days later which also fixed an Epg time display issue as well as the audio only bug which affected some channels.
