    Skybox f5s not letting me use USB? please help

    Trying to update channel list

    Have put USB is box but when I go to tools in menu I cannot access Upgrade by USB, Dump by USB or Remove USB

    They are not highlighted

    The USB works have tried formatting in both FAT and FAT32

    Any suggestions?

    Try on another box if it works your usb connection faulty.
    Tools owned: Hammer, Chisel, Crowbar, Punch, Chainsaw, Cutter and Brain!!!

      unplug the main power cable out of box,let sit for min or 2 see if that helps you out,also sometimes on ur computer windows or mac it does not format ur sdcard or flashdrive,i use sdformatter tool so i know it's done rite m8t.....

        tried the formatter and switching off, no change still the same

        the box is only a couple months old but guess it could be faulty

        sorry to be a pain, is there another way to get back missing channels?
