Help Required on Skybox F5S

Hi i have just bought a F5s box and i installed AJ's channel list but the majority of channels are scrambled should this have happened or have i gone wrong somewhere, any help would be appreciated

AJ's list will not give you scrambled channels, have you got a subscription? as you require a subscription to view them!
