Help with AJ's Northern Ireland channels?

Hi guys was trying to replace BBC 1, BBC 2, and ITV with BBC 1 NI, BBC 2 NI, and UTV but having no luck.

Was just wondering if anyone could edit the most recent verson of AJ's list (HD No Adult), and replace the first 3 in entertainment with the HD versions of the channels listed?

Would be greatly appreciated and if you could tell me how you have done it that would also be awesome.

As you will have to amend every time there is an updated list.
