    Urgent Help Required

    I posted on here a couple of days ago but still need the help, i have a new skybox F5s and having trouble with scrambled channels
    i am only getting freeview at the moment, i have reinstalled the channel list and got subscription but still only freeview channels
    i have checked phoneline and phone lead and are working fine is their anything else i could do to try and rectify my problem
    your expert help is much appreciated

      Have a look on youtube mate,there's a few videos on there that helped me before I bought mine.I won't post any links I'm sure you know what to search for.

        The first place to start is to see if you are actually accessing the internet.

        Does the You Tube app load up the titles of the clips (even though it may not play them)?

        Is DHCP set to ON?
