Help with favourites?

Hi I have Sattv5's list and for some reason my favourites don't come up as they should. Instead of Entertainment etc the only thing that comes up is fav group 1 etc...

Anybody have any idea on how to fix it?

Taken from the FAQ in Sattv's List Sticky:

My Favourites are all wrong since I loaded your list how do i fix them ?

The way to get The favourites under the correct headings is to load the default Database:
On the remote select Menu > Factory Settings > Select Yes > Then Press Blue (Don't make any choices at the menu)
The screen will flash black and you will be back at the menu. If you check your favourites now they should all be in the correct order

do a factory default then upgrate by the channel list by usb and rebot box
