how to put abs file on skybox f5s

hi can any one give me a link for a guide/ tutorial so i can put a abs file on the skybox f5s to fix you tube bug as its not loading in i have the file but unsure how to put it on box as dont want to brick it or wipe my cam off ,, thanks

Dont know about the tube bug, but i just updated the abs file to sort out the EPG issue

I just tok off the old file and copied the new file onto the usb stick and updated the abs file
yes all my favourites have gone, but i didnt need to "update" anything else

EPG has the correct time on it
