    problem with 7day EPG on s5 when recording.

    Hi ppl. well welcome everyone as i am a bit new here bit been using s5 for education purpus for a while now.
    so i put the file on for the 7 day EPG and that part is absolutly fantastic.

    i can also record to usb pen and playback with no probs.
    but when i go into the timmer and set an event to record a a certain time on a channel for a duration, what happens is come close to the time i will get a message on the screen that says event noticed and then starts recording with the red dot in the top right of the screen.
    after the even or prog finished recording the box shuts down. i can the re boot and go into media player and the prog is there in recorded but when i go to play it it is highlighted in red and will not play and say it is scrambled ?

    has anyone else came across this and found a fix for it ??
    bellow is the name of the epg file i flashed the box with.
    MEMOBOX_F3S_F5S_3601HD_CMT_1312240614.abs
    this was put on the f5s box.

    The latest firmware for F3S and F5S is available here (dated 11/04/14).

    Before you upgrade ensure you backup channel list, current firmware, and other things you need to view channels.

    Then restore box and upgrade by usb the latest firmware, restore to defaults again and then upgrade other things you need.

    Again, it's important to backup everything first.
