    Newbie Question

    i bought a openbox v5s last week and it all seemed fine, all premium channels working etc, but last night all i could get were channels 1 - 4 all the rest were black screen with green scrambled sign. My mate got his at the same time and he has just checked his and it is exactly the same.
    We are totally new to this and would really appreciate your advice.

      Contact the person who you got it from. Normal when they show Scrambled means the server is off and you only get FTA Channel. Is not much what we can talk about because of the forum rules. Just contact him/her and tell them the channels are scrambled.

          How were the boxes advertised. Did they say that they came with "gifts"? If so, for how long?

          I take it that your mate also got his box from the same supplier?

          Contact the seller & tell them what's happened. Hopefully it may just be temporary.

          We cannot go into details about "certain subjects" on these forums.
