A post of mine made on the 10-04-14 in a different thread:
The new bug is as follows:
When the GUI menu setting is set as " Whole " in the M/P ( Micro Panel ) the following behaviour can be noticed. While tuned to certain channels, if you press the "OK" button on your remote and highlight and proceed to navigate slowly through the " Favorite " options e.g. Entertainment, Lifestyle, Movies, Sports and so on the channel will freeze until you exit the menu. This behaviour also occurs if you select the options such as ALL, Satellite, Providers, A-Z etc in the left hand menu.Comment

Yea, its a bug that's only appeared in the last 2 official firmware releases and I think you'll find it will affect everybody's boxes. A lot of people won't have noticed it but I've checked with a fellow forum member and a couple of neighbours and it affects their boxes as well. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem a way to report it through official channels.Comment

Same reason i had to get the backed up older firmware back on the box (No correct epg for me) because of that Freeze glitch switching between Fave categories on the last update.Last edited by PutTheFootieOn; 19 April, 2014, 08:16.Comment

Was it really worth reinstalling old firmware?
The freeze only occurs while looking at the channel list. It resumes again when you exit the menu.
The freeze doesn't occur at all if you use 3 column view.Comment

I noticed this bug in past few firmware releases.
It is only a small bug and one that I can live with.Comment
