lost channels

hi, i tried to update list by following a tutorial on youtube, and whatever i have done i now have no channels, no fav lists, absolutely nothing, any help welcome, as i am new to this i may have to send box back to supplier who has informed me he will charge me.

please help

sattv5 and ajs both have channel lists they are highlighted in red and also everything you need to on how you update everything.e .

i have tried this but had no joy, at one point i had some foreign channels, really stuck here

all my channels are showing as being scrambled

well u have ghannels then i assume.if they are showing scrambled then that is down to your gift etc that you got the box of.

Mate go into installation and do a blind scan see what channels you get if you get bbc etc.. then at least you will know your dish is still pointing in the right direction and that the sat cable is ok. If everything is ok then try installing achannel list again.

I still have my sky on with no problems on that so I guess dish is fine, there are still the odd channels and bbc etc, when I went to update it says keep DBS settings, I changed this to no as instructed by tutorial on you tube I hav had this box approx 2 weeks and it came with 12 month gift
