Programme names

Hi, can anyone help? I have a skybox f5s and the channels work fine but it doesn't show what programme is on (as in the name of the programme) is there something I can do, a setting or something so that I will be able to see what programme is on or what's coming on? Thanks

Are you on internet or satellite for your EPG Default Setting in the system setting?

Menu > system setup > EPG & time setting > EPG default setting = satellite.

If you have EPG default setting set to Internet(XMLTV) but have not downloaded the EPG data, then your now/next info will show as No Information.
