Skybox f3 keeps reloading

My skybox keeps reloading, any ideas what the matter is and can anyone advise me on what firmware update it would need and also a guide how to do it as I'm not that savy at computer/sat box milarky? And what I need to back up beforehand

I've tried everything but when I click next it says wrong file?
There are 2 files

Any ideas please?

You have to download the approiate firmware for your receiver and not the 2 files that are in the Folder from the program itself.

Firmware is ****tered about all over the Open/Skybox section

just flashed skybox f5s make sure u use latest abs firmware with Erom upgrade software

I've tried downloading the required firmware update but can't find a programme to open it I unzip the folder but can't find anything to open the folder with

I had the same problem mate when I moved the box into a different room. My problem was I had the cable screwed into the box too much, I simply just loosened off the sky dish cable and cut the central wire which was sticking out quite a bit plugged the dish lead back in and just didn't screw it right up and away she went hopefully yours is a simple one buddy too

Cheers mate but mines a firmware issue
Might ditch it and buy another
