F5 Question - press OK how many rows of channels?

On my F5 Sky Box I press OK on the remote and have 3 rows of channels which is great. Ive just purchased a second box for my dad, when I press OK on the remote I only get one row of channels - is this a setting issue, or a channel list download issue? many thanks folks

Press the M/P button on the remote, then choose GUI config, change it from Whole to Three. I think that's what you might be looking for.
