deleted, restarted, then updated channel list from AJs site (todays date) and all is better than before, not sure what list it came with originally.
im very green with all this but seem to be getting by with help here.

In my opinion, I think a lot of peoples issues are because they're not updating their channel list correctly. I always delete all the existing channels first using the menu options as stated in AJ's Channel list thread, then I reboot the box before I add AJ's latest list. Works every time for me.

Bit more detailed guide below so important to reboot the box even on second time after flashing ajs list!

On remote press menu>Edit channel>delete all (this deletes the channels and favs)
It may come back saying no channel found switch off from back and on again or reboot

and download latest file to usb and insert in box
on remote press menu>tools and click upgrade by usb>select Misc files on upgrade mode and select and upgrade and hit ok
press green button to add tick to TP_Prog.dbs (really ajs updated channel list file on usb)
press yellow button to upgrade wait for it to finish
it may say no channel found etc so reboot box from on/off switch from back

All should be fine

Even with the process followed exactly with reboots BoxNation is still missing from Sattv's list. I had to modify the frequency with the post above.. My QUESTION is where do people find out what the new frequency is? Where is that information please? THANKS :-)

hi moneyforjam, i updated channels using aj 26/4 list , once i did this i went to main menu in Installation i did a multi satelllite search and it searches all channels and it has found bt sports 1 and 2 in hd
