help please

I have lost bt sports hd 1 and 2 and few other channels has any one got the fix for this I have tired few things but not had much look.

the frequency as changed go to bt sports1 follow this
1.go to bt sports 1 and press menu
go to installation
3 then scroll down to tp list and press ok.
4.then press red button edit.
5.box will pop up on frequency punch in 11604 move down to symbol rate punch in 29500 and priority should be on v then press save and then exit channels will be back on hope this helps.

i uae ajs but ajs and satvs are both great it depends on you which 1 you prefer as we are all different in how we want are channels.

I have got bt sport back but cant find them anywhere so will try new channel list
