Skybox f5s stuck on load

I was updating the channels on the f5s,after the update the is just stuck on load can any one help please

Thanks done all that it's fine now,but when comes to updating the new firmware the box just gets stuck on Load again,so I'm back to square 1.

having the same problem, stuck on LoAd after trying to restart following an update due to all channels scrambled f3 box
