skybox F3 no signal on all channels!!! HELP NEEDED

hi newbie here. ive got a skybox f3. it was working fine and about a week ago all the channels have gone off. even the freeview ones dont work.

i have checked the settings and everything seems right. ive updated to the latest firmware and the channel lists but still nothing.

i did however use the same CCcam.cfg file as my friend, i dont know if that is the problem. my box had expired and my friend just got a new box. i used the same CCcam.cfg and the box was working fine for about 2-3 months but now its not. do you think that is the problem.

you you answered your own question pal that is the problem your ccam provider.

im thinking if it is the CCcam provider why did it work for 2-3 months. plus my friends box is still working. do you think it might be something else

can not talk to much pal about it bcos of forum rules you was lucky you got that much time out of it.

but i have used that same CCcam on other skybox's and they are working fine. i dont understand why mine is not working. also is there anyway of getting the freeview channels to work

Doesn't make sense that FTA channels would show scrambled even if problem was external

Does your box show a sat signal at all?

it shows a signal of between 7%-10%. i dont know if that helps.

how would i got about to totally resetting the box to is factory settings

your problem seems to be either dish or connection from dish to box
take out cable coming from lnb and retry it again as its a signal
problem yo have

yep i think your right antomac. i have tried my box at my friends house and its working fine, no problems so its definetly going to be the dish and or lnb. i will try what you have suggested
