F5s lost channels.

Done aj update today and now im missing all sd channels for sports and bt 1 hd and bt 2hd not working no singnal. Also dave channel and alibi hd have no singnal also. So i deleted all the channels and did a bilind scan. But now i hve no favorit list any thing and no sports channles options at all and still no dave hd or alibi hd.The sports channels are there but on a hd list, but no bt t all. also theres no sports list in favourits list. God knows what ive done could do with some real help please.thanks josh.

I think when i deleted the channels i only deleted the sports ones thats why its not showing the sports at all. So what do i do now delete the rest the blind scan again?

Reinstall AJ's list again via Upgrade by USB should sort it.
