SKYBOX F5S NO SIGNAL

Can anyone help? My skybox f5s was working fine until i set up to use the lan tool ever since i used that my box kept crashing so I reflashed with up to date firmware and the new aj sat list and it stopped the crashing however now i have no signal on any channels even freeview.I have reflashed it several times and redone the connections at the box.My signal intensity is 45% and my signal quality is 10% (It used to be up at 75%)I have checked all my settings and there correct.I also have the no signal fix for my box.Only had my box a couple of weeks is it goosed all ready?

Are you sure you have set it up in the menu for the 28.2 sat?. If not do it and then scan it to give you chanels or update via USB by using AJ latest chanel list

Yes its set up for sky uk 28a and also done a blind scan and didint pick up anyhthing,updated aj channel list about 20 times still nothing

no signal has to be either dish lnb or connections to box..are you using other lines off the lnb? can u try it at a friend house to see if it works there but I would think its defo connection problem

No just the one, I don't understand how it was working perfectly then when I reflashed the firmware and channel list I have no signal NIGHTMARE!!!

Is the dish cable connection in properly at back...carefully check it as that is one of the most common reasons for No signal on box

I already have the signal fix got one from eBay because my box wouldn't work with out it,I've actually ordered another one just in case that one is broken because I don't know what else it could be.I've redone the connections at the back,my dish kit came with a 2 core cable so I have made off connections in both of them and tried them individually nut still nothing,I really think my box is ****ed.

Im having the exact same problem, after updating my box firmware its appearing with no signal on many channels. Ive restored the channel list but no joy ... any ideas anyone ?

My box supplier has agreed to take my box back apparently no signal on all channels is one of the known faults.

Had loads of posts in regard to using the LAN Tool to upgrade Firmware and Channel lists where boxes have had issues suggest when you get your new box you use USB upgrade and stay away from the LAN Tool as it appears to corrupt files.
