Openbox V5S no signal

Hi All

new to all this and after some help setting my openbox V5S up.
all my channel which are locked say no signal but channels like bbc etc all work. i have had a "gift" to get my channels and thats says its online so could do with some help on what i do next? is it my dish or something else? any help would be really appriciated

If you get a picture on bbc which is fta there's nothing wrong with your dish.
The other part we cant help you with check the forum rules.
