Sky F5 - clone can't load channel list

help , every time I load the channel list on this f5 clone , most of the channels come up no signal ? , if I delete the favorite channels & re load the sat channels , they all fine ? mostly H ones work , V ones come up with no signal , until I delete all channels & re scan without a favorite channel list ?

has anyone had this problem & have u been able to sort it ?

Do you have any other boxes connected and powered up as there are issues with these boxes with H&V polarity ?

Just " delete all " and then load an up to date list, you can grab one from the sticky section, just make sure it's the latest one
