SkyBox F5 newbie (apologies)

Hi I have just bought a skybox F5. At first use it looks great but now I'm experiencing a lot of scrambled channels. Is this a common problem and how can I get round it?

Assuming your scrambled channels are the pay channels and the free ones work fine ...
