Hi I bought my skybox f5s about 6 months ago and i can view all the channels. But now only the free channels work but not premium channels. So when i select to watch skysport all it say is scramble. Does that mean i have to renew the shybox.

your box is fine but your connection to a server has run out or been stopped you need to renew your server connection. -
