No Ethernet

Help plz ... Sky f5 box all workin 1min them went to scrambled . Free view ok ... It seems like the Ethernet has packed up tried everything looked in settings changed the cables .eaven the little orange light has gone off the modem ( but the modem is workin fine

Try turning off and on dhcp mode in the network settings

On the skybox there are 2 lights under the ethernet port (amber & green). Are either of those on?

Have you tried connecting to another ethernet port on the router?

Hi, I know this is going back a bit but im having the same issue......ive no lights on the box underneath the Ethernet port, when I connect the same cable etc to my laptop it works perfectly but then plug back into my skybox and its gone again....any suggestions please.

due to cheap build it is a well known issue,tv repair shop or phone shop for repair i think.
