NEWBIE NEEDING HELP

Hi everyone im knew to all this , ive had a f5 for just 2 months, everything seemed fine till this morning when ive turned it on and all channels except free to air are all scrambled what do I need to do ? any help is welcome.

All i can say is turn the box off...reboot the router.....turn the box back on...

Sorry but helping you gets pay to view channels for free is against the rules...we can help with a problem with the box

Only advise would be to contact your "Provider".
