f5s box becoming a garden feature

hi all

im quite new to this updating and channell list ect . ive just tried to update my f5s box after losing some channells put the new firmware on went ok put the new channel list on from NO LINKS TO OTHER SITES firstly it came up ok after the channell list update but all my channells came up fav 1 fav 2 ect and i seem to have lost all sky sports movies ect. so after this i tried re downloading the channell list and re installing now my box just says load and goes through the boot up sequeance l000 to l100 over and over any help would be greatly apprieciated as im about to throw it in the garden soon . regards steve

Turn it off.... and then disconnect it completely from your sat feed and power/network etc.... give it a few mins before you power it up again

It's a pity you didn't consult the forums while you still had Fav1, Fav2 etc. showing, as this can easily be rectified by "factory settings".
