My Skybox F5S keeps freezing on a single channel on load. Remote is unresponsive and i need to unplug the box from the mains to turn off. I have tried factory reset and different firmwares but still no joy.
Any ideas? Also how can i fully erase everything and reset all to genuine factory settings from scratch?
