Openbox channel list file format

Hi all just set up an Openbox x5 for a friend and am just trying to make a channel list for him does anyone know what file format the list needs to be in for the box or if there is a list like sat 5 list thanks

AJ supplies a list for the X5/F6 box. The file is .bin.
