factory reset/missing channels

Hi, can someone please help me ?, i have a skybox f5 i done a factory reset and now i only get free channels

What did you get before? Did you back up your files to usb before resetting? If not you've probably deleted your "gift" if that's what you're getting at?

sounds like the gift got lost

Unless you selected other files from the pop-up box when you did a "Factory Settings", then you shouldn't have lost anything.

Check that the network settings are still set to DHCP = ON.
