I buy on bulk and the way I check is by scanner the qr barcode and that should take you to the skybox.cc site. Also the genuine boxes have HDTV written just below the HDMI port and the cclones have HDMI written. Do not update a clone with the official skybox firmware as it will brick your box. Hope this helps. -
I have a Libertview F5S box. The QR code takes me to the website libertview.com
Does this mean it is a clone? I have run skybox.cc firmware on the box without it causing any issuesComment

I usually check, if it is 2 plug it is clone, 3 plugs genuine.Tools owned: Hammer, Chisel, Crowbar, Punch, Chainsaw, Cutter and Brain!!!
