    Skybox f5s modem problem

    The Internet on my skybox keeps disconnecting,it seems to happen about every half an hour when I am watching something then it will come up as scrambled but when I check the you tube app that's stop working as well.When I switch the modem off and on it all starts working again but it's a pain in the ass having to do this all the time.Any suggestions??

      Is anything like laptop/computer ok browsing the internet during the SAME time your box has problems (but before you reset router/modem)?

      How have you got box connected to internet? WiFi, ethernet or homeplug/powerline adapters?

        Everything else works perfect just skybox and its connected to my virginmedia router with an Ethernet cable

          Area fault? Or maybe change Ethernet port ?

            Maybe try a different router and see if you are experiencing the same issue

              Changed Ethernet port in back of router so far so good not had to switch the modem off the full night cheers guys
