noch on skybox f5 gerrrrr

hi guys im seriously doing my fruit I was told by my provider that I needed to update my channel list as I lost some channels so I deleted them and tried to update via aj's list and it sort of updates but on exit it says no channel and I got the word noch on the front panel please can you help as im loosing the will live with this stupid box (

Are you putting a tick on the highlighted file before you press the upgrade button? When you upgrade the file, highlighting it is not enough, you must press the OK or yellow button to place a tick on it first. Otherwise, try deleting the file and re-downloading it again as it may be corrupted and you should also check that it has not been renamed with a number after it because of the presence of pre-existing files in the same download location.

Tick the tp-prog file press yellow, will install the Chanel list then power off and back on
